“Ms. Hipps lives in Ft. Bend County with her husband and daughter. They enjoy socializing with friends, traveling, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros. In her spare time, Ms. Hipps enjoys chaperoning her daughters’ school events. Ms. Hipps served as the VP of Communication for PTO for the 2021-2022 school year, which entailed managing a website, and all social media communications with parents and the school, managing and co-created the yearbook, and actively promoting passive fundraisers.
