Claudia Hipps was born in Toluca, Mexico. She grew up in Los Angeles, California and moved to Houston in 1995.
Ms. Hipps graduated from the High School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice in Houston in 2003. She graduated cum laude from the University of Houston in 2014, where she obtained a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish. Although Spanish is her first language, she elected to minor in Spanish, in an effort to formalize her communication skills to better assist Spanish-speaking clients at Scheiner Law Group, P.C. Additionally, Ms. Hipps is one of only 12 Board-Certified Paralegals in Criminal Law in the state of Texas.
Ms. Hipps joined the Firm in 2009 and is a primary contact with all clients, as well as tasked with office operations and management.
Ms. Hipps lives in Ft. Bend County with her husband and daughter. They enjoy socializing with friends, traveling, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys. Ms. Hipps serves on the PTO board for her daughters’ school as VP of Communications. Both she and her husband also volunteer for Flags for Fallen Vets.
